All clothing orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

→ Monday to Sunday, between 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
After placing a successful order, simply email us at dearjiah.studio@gmail.com with your order number and your preferred time slot.
Once we receive your email, we’ll confirm and arrange your preferred time slot within 1 hour, and your delivery will be arranged for the next business day.
Europe shipping: standard international shipping takes 3–7 business days.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at dearjiah.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🤍 Legal Notice on Returns
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right may be limited in certain cases.
Because our products are clothing items and we only accept returns in cases of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, the right of withdrawal under the EU directive does not apply in full. We do not accept returns based on personal preferences, wrong size ordered by the customer, or change of mind.
We ask customers to contact us within 3 days of delivery if:
The product is defective or damaged from the supplier
You received the wrong size, color, or product
This return policy is in line with Section 6:16 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, which allows businesses to limit returns in cases where products are customized, made to order, or hygiene-related — such as worn clothing.

🤍 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery on eligible clothing items. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
The product is defective or damaged from the supplier
You received the wrong size, color, or product
🤍 Items Not Eligible for Return
If more than 3 days have passed since receiving the product: returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items requested after 3 days from the delivery date.
Please note that we cannot make exceptions for reasons such as late opening of the package, identifying an issue after wearing, or personal circumstances (e.g., travel or business trips).
If the item has been worn, washed, altered, or returned in poor condition
※ Items that show signs of use—such as washing, perfume or fabric odors, cosmetic stains, or other visible damage—will not be eligible for return or exchange.
※ Even if worn only once, the condition is no longer considered the same as when originally shipped.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in such cases, as the item is no longer in its original, resellable condition.If the item was purchased in the wrong size or color due to the customer's selection

Email us at dearjiah.studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect from the supplier.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
